Ava is a biomedical illustrator, animator and visual communicator based out of Chicago, IL.

 

Ava enjoys creating didactic materials for audiences of all levels and backgrounds. Her work shows her passion and commitment to the visual representation of scientific subject matter.

 

She graduated with her Master's of Science in Biomedical Communications from the University of Toronto.  Ava completed her undergrad at Iowa State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude. During her undergrad, she studied Biological and Pre-Medical Illustration and Women’s and Gender Studies and maintained multiple leadership roles.
